ป้ายแสดงความชื่นชมนักเรียนกำลังถูกประธานกพฐ. ตั้งคำถามเกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสม และไม่อยากให้โรงเรียนใช้การเข้าแพทย์ วิศวะ มาโฆษณาถึงความดีงามของโรงเรียน

หลายคนตั้งคำถาม ว่าทำไมเด็กเก่งจะถูกชื่นชมไม่ได้?

👉🏼ความสำเร็จที่ต้อง “เหนือใคร” ทั้งๆที่ในโลกยุคใหม่ เราควรเน้นเรื่องการทำงานเป็นทีม

ป้ายหน้าโรงเรียน... บอกเราว่า คุณไม่น่าภูมิใจ ถ้าคุณเป็นได้แค่ “คนธรรมดา”
👉🏼ทั้งๆที่เด็กทุกคนควรเติบโตมาแบบรู้สึกถึงคุณค่าในตัวเอง

👉🏼ซึ่งหลายครั้งทำให้เกิด fixed mindset (วิถีคิดติดกรอบ) ฉันเก่ง ฉันเจ๋งกว่าใคร หรือ
ฉันโง่ ฉันไม่ได้เรื่อง ฉันไม่ได้เป็นคนที่ใครๆก็ยอมรับ

👉🏼 แต่อาจกำลังเหยียบย่ำหัวใจของเด็กๆ หลายคน

โรงเรียนควรเป็นสถานที่ที่ทำให้เด็กได้ค้นพบศักยภาพ เคารพความแตกต่างหลากหลาย เจอเส้นทางที่จะไปตามสิ่งที่ฝัน มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาคุณสมบัติที่ดี มากกว่าแค่ทำให้ออกมาหน้าตาเหมือนเด็กกึ่งสำเร็จรูปตามความต้องการของท้องตลาด

จึงควรถูกตั้งคำถาม

ว่าเรากำลังบอกอะไรให้เด็กๆ

และจริงๆ การศึกษาของประเทศไทย

... ต้องการอะไรจากเด็กๆ ของเรา

ผู้อยากให้ผู้ใหญ่ตั้งคำถามว่าเราต้องการอะไรจากการศึกษาในโรงเรียนของพวกเขา

ป.ล. ไม่ได้เขียนว่าจะชื่นชมเด็กไม่ได้นะคะ แต่อยากชวนให้ตั้งคำถาม ว่าเด็กๆได้หรือเสียอะไร เรามองได้รอบด้านมั้ย ใครกำลังได้ประโยชน์อะไรจากเด็กอยู่รึเปล่า และมีอะไรที่เราควรพัฒนาให้ดีกว่าเดิมได้ แทนที่จะทำตามไปเหมือนๆกัน

Big tags, big letters with kids who are addicted to engineering doctors (while other faculty members may have names left) are messaging the kids that we value these careers.
👉🏼 Even when every occupation should be made valuable.

The front stop of the school says that we value good at studying. Good sports. Great music.
👉 In spite of human skills and qualities, there are many more to admire.

The school front stop says we value reputation.
👉 Success that you need to be ′′ over ′′ even in the new world, we should focus on teamwork.

School front stop... Tell us you're not proud if you can only be ′′ ordinary ′′
👉 In spite of every child should grow up to feel their own worth.

The school front stop says the school values the success more than the value of effort.
👉 Many times make fixed mindset (framework way). I'm good. I'm cooler than anyone.
I'm stupid, I'm lame, I'm not the one I accept.

Next stop at school that lifts some kids
👉🏼 but may be stomping on many children's hearts

The front stop of the school tells us that this school is better because it can be created by human beings.
👉 Designed by values of society

School should be a place where children discover potential, respect different differences. Find a path to follow what they dream of. Focus on developing good qualities rather than just making them look like instant children on market demand.

So it should be questioned.

What are we telling the kids

And really, Thailand's education.

... What do you want from our kiddos?

P.S. L L L L I didn't say that I can't admire the kid. But I want to ask you to ask what the kid has or broken. We can see around the side. Is there anybody who is benefiting from the kid and has something that we should improve instead of doing the same thing.
